Terms of Service
1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using Monyqa (“the app”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. Description of the service
Monyqa is a personal finance tool that helps you record and review income, expenses, budgets, and related information on your mobile device. The app stores data locally by default. Optional features include Google sign-in, Firebase Analytics, and Google Drive cloud backup in the app-specific appDataFolder, as described in our Privacy Policy.
3. No financial advice
Monyqa is for personal record-keeping and informational purposes only. It does not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. You are solely responsible for decisions you make based on information shown in the app.
4. Your account and optional sign-in
You may use Monyqa without signing in. If you choose Google sign-in, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your Google account and for activity under that account. You may sign out at any time.
5. Your data and backups
You are responsible for the accuracy of data you enter and for maintaining backups of information you care about. Monyqa provides manual export (.monyqa, PDF, CSV) and optional Google Drive backup. Data loss may occur if you uninstall the app, clear app data, lose your device, or delete backups without keeping a copy elsewhere.
App lock secrets are stored separately in device secure storage and are not included in backup files. If you forget your lock credentials, recovery may not be possible.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the app for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to reverse engineer, disrupt, or abuse the app or connected services
- Misrepresent your identity when using optional sign-in features
7. Third-party services
Optional features rely on third-party services operated by Google (Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics, Google Sign-In, Google Drive). Your use of those features is also subject to Google’s terms and policies. Monyqa does not control those services.
8. Disclaimer of warranties
The app is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, or uninterrupted availability.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Monyqa and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of data, profits, or goodwill arising from your use of the app or optional cloud features.
10. Changes
We may update these Terms when the app or applicable laws change. The “Last updated” date indicates the current version. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
11. Termination
You may stop using the app at any time by uninstalling it. We may suspend or discontinue features where required by law or platform policies.

Monyqa uygulamasını indirerek, yükleyerek veya kullanarak bu Kullanım Koşullarını kabul etmiş olursunuz. Kabul etmiyorsanız uygulamayı kullanmayın.
2. Hizmetin tanımı
Monyqa, mobil cihazınızda gelir, gider, bütçe ve ilgili bilgileri kaydetmenize ve incelemenize yardımcı olan kişisel bir finans aracıdır. Veriler varsayılan olarak cihazda saklanır. İsteğe bağlı özellikler arasında Google oturumu, Firebase Analytics ve Google Drive appDataFolder yedeklemesi yer alır — Gizlilik Politikası’na bakın.
3. Finansal tavsiye değildir
Monyqa yalnızca kişisel kayıt ve bilgilendirme amaçlıdır; finansal, yatırım, vergi veya hukuki tavsiye vermez. Uygulamada gördüğünüz bilgilere dayanarak verdiğiniz kararlardan yalnızca siz sorumlusunuz.
4. Hesap ve isteğe bağlı oturum
Monyqa’yı oturum açmadan kullanabilirsiniz. Google ile oturum açmayı seçerseniz Google hesabınızın güvenliğinden ve bu hesap altındaki işlemlerden siz sorumlusunuz. İstediğiniz zaman çıkış yapabilirsiniz.
5. Verileriniz ve yedekler
Girdiğiniz verilerin doğruluğundan ve önemli bilgilerin yedeğini almaktan siz sorumlusunuz. Uygulama manuel dışa aktarma (.monyqa, PDF, CSV) ve isteğe bağlı Google Drive yedeklemesi sunar. Uygulamayı kaldırma, veriyi temizleme, cihaz kaybı veya yedek silme veri kaybına yol açabilir.
Uygulama kilidi gizlilikleri ayrı güvenli depoda tutulur; yedek dosyalarına dahil edilmez. Kilidi unutursanız kurtarma mümkün olmayabilir.
6. Kabul edilebilir kullanım
- Uygulamayı yasadışı amaçlarla kullanmamak
- Uygulamayı veya bağlı hizmetleri bozmaya veya kötüye kullanmaya çalışmamak
- İsteğe bağlı oturum özelliklerinde kimliğinizi yanlış tanıtmamak
7. Üçüncü taraf hizmetler
İsteğe bağlı özellikler Google hizmetlerine (Firebase Authentication, Firebase Analytics, Google Sign-In, Google Drive) dayanır. Bu hizmetlerin kullanımı Google’ın koşul ve politikalarına tabidir.
8. Garanti reddi
Uygulama “olduğu gibi” ve “mevcut hâliyle” sunulur; belirli bir amaca uygunluk, doğruluk veya kesintisiz erişim dahil açık veya zımni garanti verilmez.
9. Sorumluluk sınırı
Yürürlükteki kanunun izin verdiği azami ölçüde Monyqa ve geliştiricileri; dolaylı, arızi, özel, sonuç olarak ortaya çıkan zararlardan veya veri, kâr veya itibar kaybından sorumlu tutulamaz.
10. Değişiklikler
Uygulama veya yasal gereklilikler değiştiğinde bu Koşulları güncelleyebiliriz. Güncellemeden sonra kullanıma devam etmeniz yeni koşulları kabul ettiğiniz anlamına gelir.
11. Fesih
Uygulamayı istediğiniz zaman kaldırarak kullanımı sonlandırabilirsiniz. Yasal veya platform gereklilikleri nedeniyle bazı özellikleri durdurabiliriz.
